Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely setup, operation, and breakdown, while maintaining strong client relationships on-site.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, equipment knowledge, and accurate documentation. A high school diploma is required and a valid driver's license may be needed for on-site vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations through proactive service.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Follow processes and complete paperwork accurately (e.g., equipment sheets, Navigator entries).
• Assist with finalizing invoices and on-site client relationships.
