Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This role reports to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology.

Responsibilities include timely installation, operation, and breakdown of equipment, on-site guest check-ins, and collaboration with hotel staff and external vendors. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment in a hospitality setting.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Process orders and paperwork accurately; interact with clients, staff and vendors as needed.
