Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will report to an Operations Manager, Director, or Event Technology leader and work on-site at hotel venues.

You will handle setup, troubleshooting, and client communication, with responsibility for paperwork and coordination with hotel staff. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and daily movement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day.
• Foster hotel/client relationships and communicate effectively.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork accurately.
