Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications required for this position; review links provided.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and assists with breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.
• Provides excellent customer service and builds positive client relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoots and resolves equipment or software issues in a timely manner.
• Follows company processes, completes paperwork accurately, and uses equipment sheets for scheduling.
