• Exceed expectations of internal and external customers and maintain client relationships.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure equipment works properly and needs are met.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues and handle changes promptly.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately using company processes and Navigator.
• Upsell services where appropriate and assist with invoicing.
