Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in hospitality environments. You will handle on-site setup, operation, and breakdown, working closely with guests to ensure equipment functions correctly and events run smoothly.

The role emphasizes customer service, hospitality, and clear communication. You will follow company procedures, complete Navigator entries, and assist with invoicing and up-selling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for equipment transport.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operation and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.
• Meet with clients on site to ensure equipment works and meets their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Follow company processes and complete paperwork accurately.
