Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist in managing daily restaurant operations and lead Team Members on shift. You will help ensure hospitality excellence, supervise staff, and support managers in achieving the restaurant’s business plan.

The role emphasizes training, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a method of communication with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily operations.
• Lead Team Members, provide direction and supervision, and train staff.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards and ensure safety compliance.
