Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in delivering outstanding hospitality and operating efficiency. You will guide Team Members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold company standards across the restaurant floor.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, communicate effectively, and handle high-pressure situations with decisiveness, while supporting sales goals and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and a way to communicate with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily operations.
• Ensure hospitality standards are met and guest needs are anticipated.
• Train and supervise Team Members; monitor staffing and labor costs.
• Help maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and security policies.
