Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily restaurant duties in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure team members perform their jobs effectively and align with the restaurant's business plan.

The role emphasizes hospitality, leadership, and cost control, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to guest satisfaction during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and met promptly.
• Monitor restaurant operations and address problems proactively.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor staffing levels and labor costs.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for Team Members and guests.
• Train and supervise Team Members effectively.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and control costs.
• Plan and execute operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain positive relations with management and staff.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are followed.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Adhere to HR and policy guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
