Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will ensure high hospitality standards, guide team members, and help deliver a smooth guest experience during each shift.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest focus, and the ability to make decisions under pressure while maintaining teamwork and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to communicate with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and addressed.
• Monitor restaurant operations to anticipate problems and take corrective action.
• Enforce quality, service and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Assist in staff planning and labor cost management.
• Train and supervise team members to meet performance standards.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Maintain professional appearance and company policies at all times.
