Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa in Florence, AL, is seeking an organized Sales Administrative Assistant to support the Sales team. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and greet clients and guests with warmth.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Manage appointments and calendars for the Sales team, arrange travel plans and reservations as needed.
• Communication & Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, screening and directing them with warmth and professionalism.
• Correspondence & Documentation: Prepare client letters, proposals, contracts, and statistical reports with accuracy and a polished, professional style.
• Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize meetings by preparing agendas, reserving and setting up meeting spaces, and recording meeting minutes.
• Office Operations: Maintain an organized filing system, route incoming mail, and keep office supplies stocked and equipment in working ord
