Qualifications

• Experience leading planning and execution of events.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication – main planning to post-event contact, ensuring personalized service.
• Event Coordination – lead pre-event meetings, oversee BEOs, manage timelines, coordinate departments.
• Operational Planning – manage group room blocks and space assignments with industry tools.
• Revenue & Budget Management – monitor budgets, upsell opportunities, align with financial goals.
• Guest Experience – address feedback promptly and enhance the event experience.
