Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a PBX Phone Operator to welcome guests, provide information about the resort, quote room rates, and confirm reservations. The role emphasizes hospitality, clear English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers 4–5 hour shifts with open availability, including weekends and weekdays. Benefits and a diverse health program are provided to eligible associates who work 30+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the resort - including external and internal communications.
• Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
