Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Kailua, HI is seeking a friendly PBX Phone Operator to warmly welcome guests, handle internal and external calls, and provide room rate quotes and reservation confirmations.

You will assist guests from around the world, respond to inquiries quickly, and maintain a professional appearance with strong phone etiquette in a fast-paced resort setting.

This position offers benefits for 30+ hours per week, with an hourly rate of $19.00 and local Hawaii candidate preference.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the resort - including external and internal communications.
• Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
