Job summary

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the entertainment industry working in a high-volume restaurant/bar.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff and managers to meet performance standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and coaching of staff.
• Maintain effective time management and follow-up.
• Accommodate guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Control cash handling and prepare required reports.
• Oversee employee performance appraisals and compliance with regulations.
