Boss Restaurants, LLC. is seeking a Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

The role covers daily restaurant operations, financial controls, people development, guest service and compliance across shifts to drive sales, profitability and retention. You will oversee team performance, training, scheduling and safety, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of quick service restaurant management experience.
• Completion of company certification programs.
• Demonstrates leadership and understanding of guest experience.
• Pass background check and maintains valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Supervise and train staff on stations, processes, and policies.
• Oversee cash controls, labor, inventory, and financial reporting across shifts.
• Assist General Manager in enforcing regulations, safety, and company policies.
• Recruit, hire, and retain team talent; participate in disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure prompt attendance and participation in shifts, meetings, and training.
