Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage all hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role requires driving internal growth programs, collaborating with teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, associate issues, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations budgeting and forecasting.
• Direct and manage hotel operations in line with company policies and brand standards.
• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives and guest relations.
• Prepare daily/ monthly reports and ensure accuracy of cash deposits and accounts payable/receivable.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance across all hotel systems and procedures.
