Job summary

TC Restaurant Group in Downtown Nashville is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the venue, manage staff and finances, ensure reporting accuracy, and uphold company policies.

You will recruit, interview, hire, train, and motivate personnel, address guest questions and complaints, and inspect the venue for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with AMG standards. This role requires 40–50 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling around events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the entertainment industry working in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License and 21+ years of age.
• State work cards as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff management and development to meet performance standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate personnel.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling to ensure guest service.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and accurate reporting.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve complaints while upholding policies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor laws and company procedures.
• Coordinate private events, catering, and banquets with operations.
• Perform opening/closing duties and administrative support.
