Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in related management required.
• Food Safety Certified a plus.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; strong team leadership; problem-solving.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively helps customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations; forecast sales, labor, and profit and ensure budget compliance.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, and direct the unit's management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment, including equipment, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
