Job summary

TC Restaurant Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a multi-venue venue in Nashville, ensuring staffing, budgeting, reporting, and guest experience meet AMG standards. You will recruit, train, and evaluate personnel while maintaining safety and compliance across the operation.

The role requires leadership to motivate staff, manage schedules, forecast staffing, and maintain open communication with stakeholders. Expect 40–50 hours weekly, with flexibility for events and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/bar operations is expected.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain state work cards as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff management, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and reports are accurate.
• Coordinate private events, catering, and banquets; manage guest communications and service standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop staff to meet performance standards.
• Maintain safety, health, and compliance with all regulations and company policies.
