Job summary

TC Restaurant Group seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily venue operations, staff scheduling, and performance. You will manage cash handling, reporting, and sales goals, while upholding company policies and driving guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

You will recruit, interview, and train staff, foster teamwork, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires 40–50 hours weekly, with variability for events and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in the entertainment industry or high-volume restaurant/bar setting.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License and 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities
