Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the GM in daily Arby’s restaurant operations in North Las Vegas, NV. The AGM will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will show proactive leadership, strong organization, and the ability to train future leaders, manage staffing with the GM, and help meet financial goals while delivering 5‑star service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize the customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop individuals for leadership roles and assist in development plans.
• Collaborate with the GM to identify staffing needs, interview candidates, and onboard new hires.
• Support the GM in achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist the GM in managing restaurant operations.
