Job summary

DRG Meats LLC, an Arby’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations in Henderson, NV. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and ensure excellent guest service while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain health card.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality and consistency.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver great customer service.
• Enforce OSHA safety and compliance across the restaurant.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires; participate in development plans.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and operational excellence.
• Provide 5-star service to customers and maintain brand standards.
