Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for an Arby’s restaurant in Las Vegas. You will mentor a team, drive exceptional guest service, and ensure robust profitability through tight cost controls and disciplined operations.

The role emphasizes training, culture, and compliance, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class restaurant experience and aligning with DRG values. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam. Maintain current health card in adherence with local/state requirements.
• This position requires an average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and an acceptable MVR.

• Operational Excellence: deliver world-class operations and customer service.
• P&L Management: keep costs in check to maximize profitability.
• Leadership: act as liaison between upper management and team with an open-door policy.

• Compliance: enforce adherence to policies, procedures and local regulations.
