Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our Las Vegas area restaurant. The AGM will support the General Manager, lead shifts, coach team members, ensure brand standards, and drive operational excellence to deliver a great guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma, ability to pass ServSafe and health requirements, and a commitment to safety, training, and customer satisfaction on every

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop leaders, assist in development plans, provide feedback.
• Collaborate with GM to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist GM in general restaurant operations.
