Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) Alaska LLC, franchised for Arby’s, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and leadership across shifts. You will mentor staff, ensure safety, and drive customer satisfaction while aligning with brand standards.

The AGM collaborates with the GM to optimize staffing, training, and financial performance, delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety, adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Train and develop individuals for leadership roles and create development plans.
• Collaborate with the GM to recruit, interview, and onboard new hires.
• Support the GM in achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to customers and uphold brand standards.
