Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager and oversee daily Arby’s operations in Reno, NV. The AGM will lead shifts, coach staff, ensure quality service, and uphold safety and brand standards.

You will participate in recruiting, onboarding, and development plans, helping drive guest satisfaction and financial performance across the restaurant. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and health card requirements.
• Clear criminal background check and acceptable MVR as per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of daily tasks with quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize the customer experience.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding with the GM.
• Support GM in achieving financial goals and operational excellence.
• Deliver 5-star service to customers.
