Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) Meats Alaska LLC operates Arby’s locations in Alaska and is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support the GM with staffing and financial goals.

The AGM will lead shifts, coach the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety, while actively participating in training and development for future leadership roles. A strong customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years restaurant leadership experience.
• Able to read and write in English.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Health card per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver 5-star customer service.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist in training and developing leaders and onboarding new hires.
• Support GM in staffing, interviewing, and achieving financial goals.
