Job summary

DRG Meats LLC, operating Arby’s locations, is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. The AGM will work closely with the GM to uphold brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence across shifts.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, onboarding new hires, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while striving to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: lead shifts and complete tasks on time while maintaining quality.
• Team Leadership: coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: assist GM in staffing and onboarding.
• Financial Performance: support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver 5-star service to customers.
