Job summary

DRG Meats LLC, an Arby’s franchisee, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and safeguard health and safety while delivering 5-star customer experiences.

You will collaborate with the GM on staffing, training, and onboarding, ensuring brand standards and financial goals are met. A proactive, professional leader with strong organizational skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check with MVR.
• Pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain health card as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety per OSHA regulations.
• Participate in training and development for leadership roles.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing needs, interviewing candidates, and onboarding.
