Job summary

DRG Meats LLC, operator of Arby’s restaurants, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, lead shifts, and coach team members. The AGM helps ensure brand standards, safety compliance, and excellent customer service, reporting to the GM and collaborating with operations leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ServSafe certification. Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• Must read, speak and write English.
• Must pass health and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely task completion with quality.
• Coach and develop team members and shift managers.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance and health standards.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and development plans.
• Support GM to meet restaurant financial goals.
• Deliver 5-star customer service.
