Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience and operational excellence.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS).
• Acute financial management skills with budgets and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Maintain service excellence and a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and sanitation compliance.
• Organize and supervise staff shifts for optimal floor coverage.
• Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards.

• Train and mentor employees in customer service and operational excellence.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.
• Foster team morale and a collaborative, high-energy work environment.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Uphold brand image and develop local initiatives to boost presence.
• Promote the brand through events, partnerships, and social media promotions.
• Suggest creative ways to attract guests and increase traffic.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and cost control; optimize sales.
