Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage hotel operations, budgeting, and strategic planning across our properties. You will implement company policies, oversee sales and marketing initiatives, and respond to guest inquiries, driving our ONE TEAM.

ONE VISION philosophy. You will actively support teams, train staff per Vision University, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering innovative solutions to improve operations and guest

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and guest information.
• Ensure guest safety and hotel asset protection.
• Know fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, honest, and team-oriented with professional demeanor.
• Able to interact with diverse cultures.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance.
• Preserve integrity and customer service focus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; stand for 8 hours.
