Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist management in directing the hotel restaurant, aligning with our ONE TEAM. This role requires hands-on leadership, service excellence, and a commitment to safety and quality across daily operations.

You will focus on internal growth, live our culture, and help meet company metrics by training staff, maintaining standards, and supporting guests with a personalized, friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Must keep confidential business information (financials, guest data, associate matters).
• Maintain safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel assets.
• Know fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing, verbally, and in person.
• Must work a flexible schedule; 24/7 operation may require nights/weekends/holidays.
• Be organized, honest, and able to work well with others.
• Demonstrate integrity, humility, and a service mindset.
• Able to work with people from diverse cultures/backgrounds.
• Values dedication, innovation, respect, excellence, and community focus.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, schedule, and assign daily restaurant work.
• Train team members in restaurant activities and operations.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance; address issues and improve service.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests; resolve complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
• Monitor product quality and service satisfaction trends; implement improvements.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and control when needed.
