Qualifications

• 5-6 years progressive experience in a hotel.
• Long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts, including calling on top accounts, meeting clients, hosting luncheons and receptions.
• Tour the operating departments daily and adjust with department heads.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions per Highgate standards.
• Oversee budget processes and ensure cash handling and accounting procedures are followed.
• Forecast monthly the hotel's financial position and prepare management interviews.
