Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the hotel's financial budget and guest service goals.
• Develop managers and supervisors professionally.
• Establish consistent operating procedures and ensure they are followed.
• Motivate staff to maintain a productive, safe work environment and comply with safety guidelines.
• Schedule staff to meet guest needs while respecting labor budgets.
• Oversee HR and accounting functions, forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist in development of annual marketing plan & budget to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Participate in revenue management and sales strategy calls.
• Ensure staff and management are trained to hotel standards.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings to keep employees informed.
