Job summary

Hampton Inn by Hilton in Georgetown, KY is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain brand standards, manage staffing and contribute to financial oversight, with weekends and some holidays required. Competitive salary, PTO, and travel discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with Hilton's PeP (Property Engagement Platform) is highly preferred.
• Schedule: weekends and some holidays required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Hospitality or Business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and the breakfast area to ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor hourly staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Guest Satisfaction: Resolve guest feedback proactively and maintain top-tier guest satisfaction and cleanliness scores.
• Financial Oversight: Assist the General Manager with inventory control, labor budget management, and vendor invoices.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure the property strictly adheres to Hilton QA standards and safety audits.
