Job summary

The Assistant General Manager at Residence Inn Louisville, part of Highgate Hotels, is responsible for maximizing hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of the property and adhering to Highgate SOPs.

You will lead hotel sales efforts with top accounts, supervise daily operations through department heads, conduct weekly staff meetings, manage monthly budgeting and financial reviews, and mentor

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years progressive hotel experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations via department heads and adjust as needed.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions.
