Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills due to interaction with management and employees.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Fully onsite internship; candidates must reside in internship city for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and employees at all levels.
• Listen to and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain appearance and grooming, including uniform and nametag.
• Comply with hotel standards and regulations to ensure efficient operations.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve productivity.
• Cross-train in other hotel areas.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Show initiative to anticipate needs.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
