Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Operations Internship in Philadelphia. You will rotate through multiple hotel departments, learning the hospitality business in a fast-paced environment.

The internship starts in June and is fully onsite, with placement discussed after submission of an internship offer. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related fields and demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Excellent communication with management and employees.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to provide feedback to management and follow through.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités
