Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills due to direct involvement with management and employees.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide feedback to management.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Fully onsite internship; candidates must reside in the internship city for duration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees and guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Listen to concerns and clarify them.
