Job summary

Highgate Hotels offers its 2027 Operations Internship, allowing rotation across multiple hotel departments and exposure to the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment. Placement will be discussed after submitting an internship offer. The internship begins in June.

You will learn about hospitality operations while developing communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a fully onsite setting. Candidates must reside in the internship city for the program duration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees and guests in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all hotel meetings and trainings as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold Highgate Hotel Standards, including proper uniform and grooming.
