Job summary

Highgate Hotels in the United States is offering a 2027 Operations Internship designed to rotate across multiple hotel departments. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment, with placement determined upon submission of an internship offer.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work all shifts.
On-site internship; must reside in internship city for duration.
Excellent attendance and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with employees and guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Attend hotel meetings and trainings.
Maintain punctuality and adherence to hotel standards.
Support multiple departments through cross-training as needed.
Protect confidentiality and demonstrate initiative to anticipate needs.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
