Job summary

Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Operations Internship where you will rotate through multiple departments in our hotels. You will learn about hospitality while working in a fast-paced environment, with placements discussed after submitting an internship offer.

The internship begins in June. You will develop communication, multitasking, and analytical skills, supported by a team of hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fully onsite internship; candidates must reside in the internship city.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees and guests at all levels.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a friendly and service-oriented demeanor at all times.
• Support various hotel departments as needed and learn through rotation.
