Job summary

Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Operations Internship in Las Vegas, giving you the opportunity to rotate through multiple hotel departments. You will learn about the hospitality industry in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, with placement discussed after an internship offer.

The program starts in June and is fully onsite. You will develop communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills while supporting daily operations and meetings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic are required.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and staff at all levels in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Attend hotel meetings and trainings and maintain regular attendance.
• Support multiple departments by rotating and learning hotel operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Highgate Hotel Standards.
• Assist in solving problems and improving productivity where possible.
