Highgate Hotels is offering an 2027 Operations Internship that lets you rotate across multiple departments within our hotels. The internship begins in June and provides exposure to the hospitality industry in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will learn about operations, financials, and brand standards while contributing to guest satisfaction during this hands-on program. We are seeking students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Direct involvement with management and employees requiring strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees and guests at all levels, in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Attend hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold Highgate Hotel Standards.
• Cross-train in other hotel-related areas and support multiple departments.
• Assist in daily hotel operations and contribute to guest satisfaction.
