Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in verbal and written form.

• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all hotel meetings and trainings as required by the hotel.
• Maintain regular attendance per Highgate Hotel Standards.
• Help maintain standards of appearance, grooming, and uniform.
