Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Operations Internship that rotates across multiple hotel departments, beginning in June. This fully onsite internship provides exposure to hospitality operations and guest services within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related fields, with strong communication, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule to cover all shifts and holidays.

• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Candidate should be flexible with schedule and able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in verbal and written form.
• Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns of employees and guests.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all hotel meetings and trainings as required by the hotel.
• Maintain regular attendance per Highgate Hotel Standards.
• Help maintain standards of appearance, grooming, and uniform.
