Job summary

Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Operations Internship that rotates across departments in our Los Angeles hotels. You will learn hospitality operations, guest service, and revenue management concepts in a fast-paced environment.

The internship begins in June and is fully onsite. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field, with strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees and guests.
• Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow Highgate standards and uniform policy.
