Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Multi-Unit Restaurant Director to oversee six fast casual/QSR locations across the Northeast and Midwest. You will lead restaurant teams, drive guest experiences, and push operational excellence while managing on-site leadership and scheduling.

The role emphasizes strong cost control, staff development, and collaboration with brand partners to maximize profitability. A flexible, hands-on schedule and occasional travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit or big-box leadership roles
• Ability to maintain flexible on-site schedule (about 50 hours/week)
• Willingness to travel or attend off-site meetings
• Proven cost control and quality assurance skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities across six restaurant locations
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams to deliver service & sales targets
• Monitor financial and operational results; implement profitability strategies
• Ensure adherence to brand and food quality standards for each concept
• Cultivate a positive, learning-focused workplace culture with accountability
• Recruit, hire, coach, retain strong teams and manage staffing
