Qualifications

• 5+ years in a current Director-level titled role.
• Overseeing 8+ full-service restaurant locations.
• Extensive experience with liquor, beer and wine programs.
• Expert with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control.
• Demonstrates integrity, leadership, communication, and a servant leadership style.
